By placing an order on the site, the client fully accepts these TCS without reservation.

Consulting assignments involve personalized services tailored to the specific needs of the client, as defined in a prior quote.

Article 5: Payment Terms

Monitoring reports are delivered electronically to the email address provided by the client within the agreed timeframe.

6.2. Consulting Services

Deliverables (reports, recommendations) are provided as defined in the quote.

Article 7: Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, digital services (such as monitoring reports) delivered immediately after an order are not eligible for withdrawal.

For consulting assignments, the client may request cancellation before the service begins. Fees may apply depending on the progress of the assignment.

Article 8: Liability

Christophe Romei is committed to providing high-quality services but cannot be held responsible for how the information provided in reports or advice is used, nor for any indirect damages.

Article 9: Intellectual Property

All reports and deliverables provided as part of the services remain the intellectual property of Christophe Romei. Any reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Article 10: Personal Data

Information collected as part of orders is processed in accordance with applicable regulations. Clients have the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data.

Article 11: Governing Law and Disputes

These TCS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before any legal action. Failing this, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts.

Article 12: Acceptance

By placing an order, the client expressly accepts these TCS.

Article 13: Professional Liability Insurance

Christophe Romei is covered by professional liability insurance provided by La Banque Postale, located in Arras -France. This insurance covers material, immaterial, and bodily damages that may occur during the execution of consulting services and the services offered on the christopheromei.com website.
